22 Dec You Create What You Focus On
We get what we think about whether we like it or not….
Many times in my life I have had failures and set backs… MANY TIMES. And what got me out of those times and self beat up always was and always is changing my focus. Changing what I was THINKING about.
Now this was never “instant” and still takes me practice but it works ALWAYS when I can shift my focus.
YOU GET MORE OF WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT.
Its true… when it comes to your body, your business, your relationships, your income, everything.
If you think about what is not working, what’s wrong, what you do not want, you will take actions that attract more and more of those things.…And when you focus on gratitude, what IS working, what IS right, what you do want YOU WILL TAKE ACTIONS THAT GET YOU MORE OF THAT.
You’ve heard this before… logically it makes sense when things are GOOD but DANG, I get it… when there is a set back or failure or something to worry about it is so dang easy to get pulled back into that NEGATIVE focus…ALL of the CIRCUMSTANCES come up and keep us feeling negative. But we HAVE to learn to shift out of it.
You GET to learn how to shift out of it. Your future depends on it.
Worry solves nothing
Thinking about what is wrong and what is not working solves NOTHING.
To get different results and what you truly want you have to become the person who already has it…
Wait… say that again?
To Get what you WANT you must start acting like the person who already HAS those things.
For example, when it comes to your body, your health…
What would the version of you that you WANT to become choose to eat?
What would she choose to listen to?
What would she choose to spend her time doing?
Who would she hang out with?
BE the person who has what you want. Take THOSE actions. Do THOSE habits and you will become that person.
